Form Energy is hiring an Analytical Development Engineer to develop, validate, and maintain analytical methods for battery components at its high-volume manufacturing facility in Weirton, West Virginia. The role supports product qualification, measurement-system reliability, root-cause investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement across Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations. Candidates need at least five years of quality systems experience in manufacturing, strong statistical and experimental-design skills, and preferably experience with ISO9001, ISO/TS 16949, APQP, PPAP, and SPC.
