Ardena is hiring an Analytical Development Scientist for its Somerset, New Jersey-based pharmaceutical business unit. The role supports drug substance and drug product development by developing, improving, and validating analytical methods; performing routine API and finished-product analysis; investigating impurities and excipient compatibility; supporting formulation development and transfer; and preparing validation, stability, and analytical test documentation. The position requires a BS or MS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related discipline, along with 6–8 years of experience for a BS holder or 4+ years for an MS holder, and offers a salary range of $80,000–$90,000 DOE.
