Description
The Analytical Development Supervisor leads day-to-day analytical development and laboratory operations for a biologics program, including method development, qualification, validation, transfer, lifecycle management, troubleshooting, investigations, CAPA, and regulatory submission support. The role requires hands-on expertise in A280, HPLC, CE-SDS, cIEF, and LC-MS, strong cGMP and ICH knowledge, and experience with reference standards, critical reagents, and forced degradation studies. It is performed in office, laboratory, and BSL2 environments, with some relocation assistance available.
