UCB is hiring three Analytical Scientists for its Analytical Development Sciences Physico-Chemical Analytics team at its Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium campus. The role supports pharmaceutical development from early clinical phases through commercial registration and lifecycle management by developing and validating analytical methods, testing raw materials, intermediates, and finished products, supporting stability and clinical releases, analyzing data, managing GxP documentation, and contributing to investigations and process digitalization. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in analytical chemistry or a related discipline, 2–5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, expertise in analytical method development and chromatography or related techniques, and knowledge of GMP, method validation, transfer, and regulatory requirements. The position is hybrid with 40% office time.
