PHIL is hiring an Analytics and Strategy Director to support strategic initiatives and data-driven decision-making within its Business Operations team. Reporting to the Vice President of Business Operations, the role leads analyses, develops dashboards and reporting tools, evaluates operational and product opportunities, forecasts demand, maintains data quality, and promotes self-service analytics. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5–10 years of experience in analytics, business strategy, FP&A, consulting, or startup operations, and offers a fully remote environment with medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
