Compare the Market is seeking a hybrid Analytics Engineer based in its London or Peterborough office to build and maintain scalable dbt models, transformation pipelines, analytics workflows, BI reporting, and analytics-ready data models. The role partners with analysts, product teams, and engineers, implements data quality and testing practices, supports automation and monitoring, and contributes to platform migrations, governance, standards, and technical strategy. Candidates should have strong SQL and dbt or similar framework experience, data modelling and query optimisation knowledge, Git and CI/CD familiarity, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a collaborative mindset; Databricks, Spark, Airflow, cloud data platforms, migration, and observability experience are advantageous.
