Description

The Analytics Engineer will build and own the transformation layer for a modern analytics platform, including Snowflake data models, dbt facts and dimensions, legacy-report migration, data quality testing, diverse-source integration, and a governed semantic layer for self-service and AI-ready analytics. The role requires strong SQL, hands-on dbt experience, cloud-warehouse familiarity, Git/GitHub collaboration, and disciplined documentation and testing; AI-assisted development is used but the engineer must critically review and own every output.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Hands-on dbt experience with models, tests, macros, refs/sources, and layered project structure
Experience with a cloud warehouse, preferably Snowflake
Dimensional modeling experience with facts, dimensions, and slowly changing dimensions
Preferred Qualifications: Experience using AI coding assistants in a professional, review-gated workflow
ELT tooling and experience with third-party source schemas
Semantic layer or metrics-layer experience, or preparing data for AI/LLM consumers
BI tooling and direct partnership with report consumers
Domain exposure in real estate, property management, finance/GL, or operations
Python for ancillary tooling and automation
