Lexroom is hiring an Analytics Engineer to build and maintain its data transformation layer from raw sources through dbt projects on BigQuery, including product analytics, engineering metrics, business KPIs, data quality, dashboards, semantic layers, and self-service analytics. The role partners with engineering, product, AI, and search teams and supports ad-hoc analysis. It requires 3+ years of analytics, data engineering, or data analysis experience, strong SQL and dbt skills, BigQuery or comparable cloud data warehouse experience, Python familiarity, and fluent English. The position is based in Milan with hybrid work, offers an annual salary of €45,000–€70,000, and includes equity, health insurance, meal vouchers, performance bonuses, and team retreats.
