Sage Care is hiring an Analytics Engineer to build analytics infrastructure, dashboards, and pipelines for its AI-powered care-navigation matching platform. The role connects live-service metrics to internal and partner dashboards, develops offline analysis tools, designs performance and quality metrics, and collaborates with engineers and business stakeholders to improve the matching product. Candidates need at least two years of data analytics and engineering experience, dashboard and live-data experience, data-pipeline experience, object-oriented programming skills, and strong backend engineering and systems-thinking abilities.
