Tandem Health is hiring an Analytics Engineer to own and evolve the company’s data layer, including dbt models, metrics, semantic definitions, data quality, testing, monitoring, and self-serve analytics surfaces. The role works embedded with product, clinical operations, commercial, and finance teams to turn questions into trustworthy answers and surface patterns, risks, and opportunities.
