Description
Polymarket is hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer to build the data foundation for its customer experience team. The role owns dbt models, data pipelines, data quality, semantic-layer metrics, dashboards, and documentation for support, KYC, withdrawal, and market-resolution data. The engineer will integrate sources such as Decagon, BPO partners, CRM systems, and workforce-management tools into a cloud warehouse, partner with central data engineering, and translate complex support issues into documented findings. The position requires 5+ years of analytics or data engineering experience, strong SQL and dbt skills, cloud warehouse experience, and familiarity with data ingestion and Python.
