Description
Sprinter Health is hiring an Analytics Engineer to build and maintain a trusted, reusable data layer for internal teams and payer customers. The role owns canonical data models, metric definitions, transformation logic, documentation, tests, lineage, and data quality; it uses dbt or equivalent tooling and cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or Databricks SQL. The position is hybrid in the Bay Area, with office work Monday through Thursday and work-from-anywhere Fridays, and offers medical, dental, vision, equity, paid leave, retirement matching, and other benefits.
