Booksy is hiring an Analytics Engineering Lead to architect and govern the company’s source of truth within a Looker semantic layer. The role leads and mentors a team of Analytics Engineers, manages sprint priorities and CI/CD pipelines, partners with Data Engineering and cross-functional business teams, and uses SQL, Python, LookML, GitLab, and cloud warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery to build scalable data models and automate workflows. The company operates as an international, cloud-based marketplace and offers a remote-first setup depending on market location, with English (C1) required.
