Kaluza is hiring an Analytics Engineering Lead to set the standard for scalable, reliable data practices across its data organisation. The role owns data modelling strategy, CI/CD and modularity, modern data-stack tooling, data governance, GDPR incident response, and the analytics engineering roadmap, while partnering with Product and other stakeholders. It is based in London, Bristol, or Edinburgh on a hybrid basis requiring three days in the office, with a salary of £90,000–£114,000 and no visa sponsorship.
