Description
The Analytics Governance Manager – Data Assurance is an individual contributor responsible for designing, enforcing, and scaling Globe’s enterprise Data Assurance Framework across multiple business units and domains. The role owns governance products such as acquisition certifications, policies, dashboards, exception logic, lineage standards, and audit documentation; leads cross-functional alignment; manages data acquisition risk and certifications; eliminates technical debt and manual workarounds; and develops automated governance controls, rule engines, dashboards, and AI-enhanced workflows. The position requires at least five years of data governance, data quality, data acquisition, or data platform experience, strong SQL and lineage expertise, governance adoption experience without direct reports, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
