Apple is hiring an Analytics Lead for its Workforce Strategy & Analytics group to partner with operational leaders on business strategy, KPI and metrics frameworks, data infrastructure, and actionable insights. The role requires translating operational needs into analytical requirements, defining and maintaining KPIs, building scalable data solutions, and communicating findings to technical and senior leadership. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree or 6+ years of equivalent experience, KPI-framework experience, advanced SQL, Python or equivalent scripting, stakeholder-influence skills, and structured problem-solving ability; business acumen, workforce or retail analytics, data engineering, cloud data warehousing, AI analytics, and BI tools are preferred.
