Affirm is hiring a Growth Analytics International Analyst to establish and evolve operational analytics frameworks for new international markets, beginning with Australia. The role owns end-to-end analytics, including metrics, hypotheses, experiments, dashboards, data models, and business recommendations, while partnering with Product, Risk, Finance, Commercial, and Operations. It requires a quantitative degree, at least five years of cross-functional analytical experience, SQL and Python, A/B testing knowledge, and experience mentoring junior analysts. The position is remote in the United Kingdom with a base pay range of £113,000–£161,000 per year and includes subsidized medical, dental, and vision coverage.
