Affirm is hiring a Growth Analytics International Analyst to establish and evolve operational analytics frameworks for new international markets, beginning with Australia. The role owns end-to-end analytics, including metrics, hypotheses, experiments, dashboards, data models, and business recommendations, while partnering with Product, Risk, Finance, Commercial, and Operations. Candidates should have a quantitative degree, at least five years of cross-functional analytical experience, knowledge of A/B testing, SQL, and Python, and experience mentoring junior analysts. The position is remote-first, with base pay of $145,000 to $205,000 per year and 100% subsidized medical coverage for employees and dependents.
