Description
Emergent is hiring an Analytics Leader to own the company-wide data and analytics function for its rapidly scaling AI software platform. The player-coach will set the analytics strategy and KPI framework, lead and grow the analytics team, own subscription and revenue analytics, govern the modern data stack, establish experimentation standards, deliver strategic analysis, build dashboards and alerting, and deploy AI-native workflows using Claude, MCP integrations, and agentic pipelines. The role partners with executive leadership and requires extensive analytics leadership experience in high-growth B2C, SaaS, or product-led-growth companies.
