Ocado Logistics is hiring an Analytics Manager – Resource & Workforce Planning in Hatfield, United Kingdom, with hybrid working. The role leads UK-wide headcount and hours planning for delivery drivers and fulfilment-centre populations, drives recruitment demand, owns labour budgeting and reforecasting, improves resource flexibility and turnover outcomes, modernises resource-planning tools and UKG integration, embeds AI into analytical workflows, plans for peak periods and operational changes, and develops a team of Planners and Analysts. The position requires workforce or resource planning experience in a large operational environment, SQL with a cloud data warehouse such as BigQuery, strong modelling skills, AI fluency, commercial and stakeholder-management capability, and analytical leadership experience.
