Description
The Analytics Scientist will develop, tune, and review time-series forecasting models for 1:1 support volumes and handle times using R, Python, and SQL; manage an internal operations hub; monitor model health and forecast accuracy; conduct root-cause analysis; and partner with business and operational teams on staffing and capacity decisions. The role also involves creating agentic and LLM-based solutions to automate forecasting pipelines. It requires a quantitative bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, three years of analytics experience, and experience with forecasting, operational workflows, or capacity planning.
