Dataiku is hiring a Senior Manager, Anaplan & Sales Compensation Systems to own the end-to-end Anaplan architecture, governance, roadmap, and FP&A transformation across sales compensation, headcount planning, and forecasting. The role leads data reconciliation and root-cause investigations, manages external consultants and implementation partners, partners with finance and sales leadership, modernizes reporting and controls, and builds and mentors a team. Candidates need 10+ years of Anaplan experience, including 3+ years in leadership or senior individual contributor capacity, along with Anaplan certification, finance transformation, integration, and stakeholder-management experience. The role offers a US national base pay range of $152,000–$190,000 USD plus benefits.
