Description
Kepak Group is hiring an Ancillary Operative for its Bodmin food-production site, based in the Boning Hall. The role operates and maintains production machinery, monitors product quality, follows safety procedures, inspects equipment, assists with packaging and labeling, maintains hygiene, and supports line setup and material readiness. The position runs Monday to Friday from 06:30 until production finishes and requires physical stamina, teamwork, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Previous food-production experience is advantageous, and the role includes a subsidised canteen, annual leave, pension, employee discounts, and other employee benefits.
