Description
The Ancillary Specialist will review and adjudicate GAP product claims, verify documents, and determine the correct amount to apply to a loan or return to a customer. The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. A bachelor's or associate degree and GAP or insurance-claims experience are preferred. The position is work-from-home, scheduled Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, paid time off, and other benefits.
