Description
The Andon Program Specialist reviews Andon cases for Coupang Private Label Brand products, manages quality and compliance risks, conducts root-cause analysis, coordinates with partners and internal stakeholders, resolves corrective actions and operational issues, and supports SOP and process improvements. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or higher, relevant operations, quality, or compliance experience, stakeholder communication skills, and the ability to work weekend rotations 1–3 times per month. Preferred qualifications include PB/PL product quality or Andon experience, e-commerce knowledge, collaboration-tool experience, business English, data analytics, and MS Office proficiency.
