The Software Engineer role assists in developing software solutions by writing, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting code; supports project goals, requirements documentation, production issue resolution, and knowledge sharing; and participates in training and mentoring programs. The role requires a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, typically 3+ years of relevant software engineering experience, proficiency in one or more software languages and development methodologies, and basic coding and debugging skills.
