Viaplay is hiring an Android Developer for its Stockholm office to build and maintain advertising and monetisation features across mobile video and streaming products. The role focuses on ad playback, performance, reliability, tracking, measurement, ad decisioning, client-side and server-side ad insertion, troubleshooting, and collaboration with backend, product, design, analytics, and commercial teams. Candidates should have at least five years of relevant software engineering experience, strong Android development expertise, and knowledge of Kotlin, Java, or modern Android frameworks; experience with advertising technology, media playback, streaming, or ad-supported video products is advantageous. The position follows a hybrid model with at least three days per week in the office.
