Ampcus Inc. is hiring an Android Software Engineer for a six-month assignment in the New York/New Jersey, Columbus, and Delaware areas, with possible extension or conversion to full-time. The role involves designing, developing, troubleshooting, and maintaining secure and scalable Android applications; using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools; creating architecture and design artifacts; analyzing data; and contributing to agile engineering practices. Candidates need formal software engineering training or certification, three years of applied experience, mobile development experience, technical leadership and mentoring experience, and strong Android development experience with Kotlin.
