Monzo is hiring an Android Engineer III to build and improve its native mobile banking app. The role focuses on product outcomes, resilient and well-tested Kotlin code, user experience, and iterative development within a small autonomous product squad. The app uses Kotlin, Compose, Coroutines, Retrofit, Moshi, Dagger, Room, and other mobile technologies, with unit, snapshot, and Espresso testing. The position is based in London or distributed within the United Kingdom, offers flexible working, and provides a base salary of £85,000–£110,000 plus share options and benefits.
