Description
Comcast is hiring an Android Engineer for its Camera Client Squad to build and maintain Android features for video and camera experiences used by Xfinity customers. The role involves developing user-facing mobile features, collaborating with product, backend, and device teams, contributing to app architecture, writing Kotlin, improving performance and reliability, debugging production issues, and participating in code reviews. The position requires at least four years of professional Android development experience, strong Kotlin proficiency, RESTful API integration, and familiarity with MVVM or similar architecture patterns; video streaming, Jetpack Compose, permissions, privacy, and large-scale consumer application experience are preferred.
