HSBC is hiring an Associate Director, Software Engineering to lead mobile malware analysis and reverse engineering for Android and iOS, extract indicators of compromise, assess risks, and guide protection against mobile, cyber, and fraud threats. The role also covers mobile threat intelligence, complex security incident resolution, secure development education, vendor and platform collaboration, and stakeholder communication. Candidates need hands-on mobile malware analysis and reverse-engineering experience, knowledge of iOS and Android security architectures, programming proficiency, DevOps and Agile experience, and strong communication skills; security certifications, AI-based attack mitigation experience, and a relevant degree are desirable.
