South Valley Equine is hiring an Equine Anesthetist (Anesthesia Technician) to support veterinarians during routine and emergency equine care, with a primary focus on anesthesia administration and surgical support. The role includes preoperative evaluation, IV catheter placement, intubation, monitoring, drug dosing, pain management, recovery care, documentation, equipment maintenance, and emergency intervention. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic equine knowledge, and at least two years of veterinary technician experience; veterinary technician certification is preferred. The position may require early starts, late hours, on-call duty, and weekend work.
