The Digital S/W Engineer Sr Analyst (Hands-on Development Lead) is a senior full-stack engineering role combining technical leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and hands-on development. The role partners with Product Owners to translate business requirements into technical designs, leads API contract and microservice development, manages projects through the software development lifecycle, and contributes to Angular and Spring Boot engineering. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex issues, optimizing delivery processes, managing vendor partnerships, supporting global non-IST work, and coaching junior engineers. The role requires 10+ years of professional product development experience, full-stack expertise in Angular and Spring Boot, API and microservices experience, AI-assisted development familiarity, agile delivery experience, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
