Altasciences is hiring an Animal Care Technician I to coordinate, move, and maintain facility equipment and supplies; support cage washing, sanitation, environmental tasks, animal husbandry, animal handling, room monitoring, inventory, and interdepartmental animal movement in a regulated laboratory environment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 0–1 year of related experience, strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, comfort with animal care and equipment, and availability for weekend and evening rotations. The position pays $20.00–$28.00 per hour and includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
