The role processes new business and service requests, performs data entry and 1035 exchanges, handles transfers and rollovers, responds to calls and correspondence, monitors tax and regulatory changes, and assists with system improvements. It is a full-time, on-site office position in Rock Island, Illinois, paying $22.00 per hour, with a bachelor’s degree preferred and at least two years of related experience.
