Description
The Anodize Trainee is an entry-level role in the Anodizing Department responsible for affixing aluminum pieces of different sizes onto titanium anodizing racks and assisting with the anodizing process. Duties include examining and sorting articles, working side by side on a production line, lifting parts, differentiating piece sizes and styles, following safety procedures, wearing personal protective equipment, and completing assigned projects. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and at least three months of related experience or equivalent education and experience; the position pays $20.35 per hour and follows a rotating 2-2-3 weekend schedule.
