Northrop Grumman is hiring an Antenna Test Engineer or Principal Antenna Test Engineer for its Central Virginia manufacturing Test Engineering Team at the Blue Ridge Advanced Manufacturing Center in Waynesboro, Virginia. The role designs and integrates antenna test equipment, develops software to automate testing and analyze data, troubleshoot RF issues, supports technicians, and collaborates with design engineering on hardware and test improvements. The position requires a relevant STEM degree, RF and electrical test equipment experience, professional software development experience, U.S. citizenship, and a current U.S. Government Secret Clearance with SAP eligibility. The role may be filled at Level 2 or Level 3 depending on experience, requires 25% travel, and offers a primary salary range of $79,300 to $118,900 and a secondary range of $98,400 to $147,600.
