Description
The Anti-Fraud Operations Manager will lead PalmPay's end-to-end anti-fraud operations for its device installment business in Nigeria. The role builds and manages a multi-functional team, oversees fraud investigations and determinations, maintains case and operational KPIs, manages channel risk, monitors intelligence and emerging fraud patterns, and reports to headquarters. It requires a Nigerian national or valid work permit, a bachelor's degree or above, at least five years of relevant experience, team leadership of 10+ members, familiarity with Northern Nigeria, English fluency, Excel proficiency, and willingness to be based in Lagos with occasional travel.
