Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP is hiring an Antitrust Practice Group Paralegal to support attorneys on global mergers and acquisitions transactions and antitrust litigation. The role coordinates client data and records, collaborates with United States and international antitrust lawyers, prepares and compiles HSR and global merger-control filings, supports regulatory requests and proceedings, audits information, tracks follow-up actions, and assists cross-departmental filing teams. It requires at least three years of paralegal experience, a bachelor's degree, strong corporate and financial data-management, communication, multitasking, analytical, and organizational abilities, and advanced proficiency with specified Microsoft Office, legal technology, and collaboration tools. The estimated compensation is $43.95–$52.19 hourly or $80,000–$95,000 annually, with medical, dental, and vision benefits.
