AnyMind is recruiting for a 12-week Traineeship Program 2027 for final-year students and fresh graduates in marketing, communication, business, e-commerce, or related fields. The program offers eight trainee roles in Ho Chi Minh City and one in Hanoi, with no rotation and full-time availability from November 2026. Trainees will work on real digital marketing and e-commerce challenges, including strategic planning, account management, influencer marketing, social commerce, creator growth, and marketing analytics. The program provides a monthly allowance of 8,000,000 VND gross, a completion certificate, exposure to advertising technology, and potential conversion to full-time roles based on performance.
