HSO is hiring a full-time, permanent Solution Architect - Managed Services in Sydney on a hybrid basis. The role provides senior functional leadership and advisory services for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations customers, covering process optimisation, solution assurance, incident analysis, service improvements, roadmap discussions, and the transition of solutions into managed services. The architect will also mentor consultants and contribute to presales and support estimates. The position requires extensive customer-facing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience, functional expertise across finance, supply chain, or operations, and strong stakeholder, problem-solving, and communication skills. The salary is $160,000-$175,000 plus superannuation.
