KMD Brands is hiring an ANZ Technical Support Specialist to work from South Melbourne or Torquay, Australia. The role combines advanced Tier 1 escalation support, complex hardware, software, networking, and retail-system troubleshooting, store-opening and refurbishment support, IT project delivery, site visits, local office support, asset management, documentation, and Tier 1 team mentoring. Candidates should have service-desk or systems-support experience, retail technology experience, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and experience with IT projects, implementations, and deployments.
