Booz Allen is hiring a full-time Air Operations Center (AOC) Operations Subject Matter Expert in Rome, New York, to support the modernization, transformation, and operational optimization of complex command-and-control environments. The role covers AOC battle rhythm, strategy, plans, operations, ISR, air mobility, targeting, and dynamic execution; translating operational needs into system, workflow, and architectural requirements; leading modernization and KRADOS-related capability work; and briefing senior government and military leadership. Applicants need at least eight years of AOC operations experience, experience with ATO or ACO production and related mission processes, modernization experience, a bachelor’s degree, and a TS/SCI clearance. The projected annualized compensation is $112,800 to $257,000 USD.
