Description
The AOG Lead coordinates and supervises unscheduled aircraft maintenance in the field, reporting to the AOG Manager and overseeing technicians and maintenance projects. The role requires travel to Northern California, the West Coast, Mexico, and the Pacific, including overnight stays, and on-call availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. It requires at least three years of AOG or unscheduled RON/line-station maintenance experience, a valid A&P license, a valid driver’s license, a passport, SIDA badging capability, and proof of eligibility to work in the United States. The position can be based in San Luis Obispo or the Bay Area, with hourly pay of $48.00 to $60.00 depending on experience.
