Description
The AOG Lead Technician works with the AOG Manager to perform unscheduled aircraft maintenance in the field, primarily in Southern California, the West Coast, Mexico, and the Pacific regions. This role involves coordinating and participating in maintenance, ensuring high standards of quality and safety, and requires frequent travel, flexible hours, and on-call availability. The AOG Lead Technician will also supervise assistant technicians and must maintain positive relationships with employees, vendors, and clients while complying with all aviation regulations and company policies.
