Description
The AOG Technician supports Kalitta Air’s line maintenance operations by troubleshooting and repairing non-scheduled aircraft defects, completing return-to-service paperwork, maintaining an at-ready status, coordinating workload, providing technical support, and monitoring aircraft-system data. The role requires at least five years of aircraft-maintenance experience in the same category and class as Kalitta Air’s operations, a 14 CFR Part 65 certificate, and a valid FAA Airframe and Power Plant (A&P) certificate. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while aviation-related coursework or technical training is preferred. The position is primarily performed in a maintenance or hangar environment with occasional outdoor exposure.
