cFocus Software is hiring a Forensic and Malware Lead to support the Administrative Office of the United States Courts’ Security Operations Division. The hybrid role is based onsite in Washington, DC and requires an active Public Trust clearance, a relevant bachelor’s degree, five years of incident-response experience in a large SOC, three years of digital forensics experience, and expertise in disk, memory, registry, malware, and forensic analysis. The lead will coordinate forensic and malware investigations, analyze Windows, Linux, macOS, cloud, and enterprise environments, support incident response and threat hunting, maintain evidence and documentation, and improve forensic and incident-response processes.
