Trolley is hiring a full-time AP/AR Specialist in Montreal, Quebec, on a hybrid schedule. The role owns accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, billing, payment tracking, reconciliations, month-end close support, vendor management, NetSuite data integrity, payment runs, expense tracking, and ad hoc reporting. Candidates should have approximately two years of experience in AR, AP, or general accounting support, accounting-system experience, startup experience, strong attention to detail, and an interest in automation.
