Audemars Piguet is hiring a senior luxury retail store leader to own end-to-end delivery of group retail strategy and AP House business objectives for a brick-and-mortar site. The role leads daily store operations, visual merchandising, staff management, client development, VIP relationships, CRM, sales, inventory, budget, security, repair workflows, reporting, and P&L performance. It requires senior luxury retail leadership experience, full-P&L management, strong people leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to translate global strategy into local action.
