Description
The People Analytics and AI Automation Consultant will own monthly people metrics, capacity and attrition analysis, People Survey analytics, planning-cycle reporting, and other recurring or ad-hoc People analytics for BCG’s Asia Pacific region. The role also builds and maintains AI-enabled reporting workflows using Python and Power Automate, supports strategic People initiatives, maintains data quality and documentation, and collaborates with global analytics, HR, Finance, and regional People teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and 4 to 6 years of experience, with consulting, analytics, AI coding, Python, Power Automate, HR data, and Workday experience preferred or advantageous.
